Application:For a flawless nail lacquer finish. Allow final nail lacquer coat to dry to the touch prior to applying topcoat. Apply only one-coat of Matte topcoat.

I was really excited to use this matte top coat. I put it on my nails and one hand is full flat matte and the other looks completely different. I’ll give it another try and see what happens, but this was strange.
Matte-ly doesn’t only make any nail color Matte texture, it also dries up quickly.
